22 energy is WAY too much. I would play 14 water in this deck. But even thats a little high. (drop the psychic and plasma, mewtwos best attack does not need psychic) I'd change your Pokemon list too

3-1-3 Blastoise (add four rare candies)
3 Keldeo EX
1 Mewtwo EX
1 Kyurem

I dont think the others fit in well with the deck, but you want to have at lease 3 of your main attacker. Hope I helped!

Unfortunately, I still have yet to come across any Rare Candy cards. I'd love to run them, but I don't exactly feel like buying them online at the moment. As for the amount of energy cards I run in my deck, what would I sub them out for then?

They are pretty cheap in bid wicket, 2 dollars max. It's a good investment

2 per card. But in other sites you might find even cheaper ones. When they have the regular DEX ones they usually are around 1.30
