I came up with this list. I would like to know your opinions.

4-3 Blastoise
2 Keldeo EX
2 Black Kyurem EX
1 Regular Black Kyurem

4 Skyla
4 Juniper
3 N
2 Colress
1 Cilan

1 Computer Search
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Catcher
2 Float Stone
1 Tool Scrapper
4 Ultra Ball
2 Energy Retrieval
2 Superior Energy Retrieval

2 Tropical Beach

10 Water Energy
3 Lightning Energy

In my sideboard (or Wanted-to-add list):
1 Pokemon Center (for a 3rd Stadium)
1 Level Ball
1 Black Kyurem EX (taking off the regular)

And I don't know if the balance of Energies is right.

I prefer other non-EX's than Black Kyurem.

You mean "4-0-3 Blastoise", right? I would make it 4-0-4 for consistency.

The energies should be 10 Water, 2 Lightning, and the third Lightning should be changed for an Energy Search, so Skyla can get Energies.

i would remove the float stones. Add another Keldeo EX and a water.

IDK if it's just me but 4 Skyla seems to clump my deck up way to much. And Colress isn't much use for the deck either. If it were me I'd go -2 Skyla, +1 Keldeo, +1 Lightning. Having more lightning energy gives you a better chance at a T2 Black Ballista which will really put pressure on your opponent.

Also -1 Cilan, because It doesn't help at all, and add a Tropical Beach or Pokemon Center.

Bianca is superb for the combo: ''ultra ball for Blastoise, then draw 4-5 cards for the rare candy''.
So,
-1 Skyla
-1 Colress
-1 Cilan
+3 Bianca
And of course add a third Keldeo ex

Ok, being the noob I am with this deck, how are we supposed to beat T/D/K (plasmabox) and Virizion Genesect EX when they come out?

Needs more N. Add 3 N and a Pokemon Centre.

Why more N? The purpose of N is to disrupt your opponent by reducing his/her hand size. And by using Tropical Beach, your opponent would take full advantage of it and your N would have been for nothing.

The purpose of N is not to disrupt; in fact, it's quite the opposite. N is a main draw for supporter for pretty much every deck in the format. The disruption is simply an extra positive effect added on to the draw. Blastoise should definitely be playing 3 N, especially since that list doesn't have enough supporters.

I understand. But if I put 3 N on the list, should I keep the 3 Bianca? What should be a consistent Supporter line?

Here's the standard that I've seen and used:

4 Juniper
3 N
4 Skyla
2 Colress
2-3 Tropical Beach

Colress isn't a big deal to run 2 of in this because if you need to, you can Colress for 1-2 and then Beach your hand back up. 4 Juniper is a must to burn through your deck to hit those energy, 3 N rather than 4 remedies the fact that you take prizes so fast, 4 Skyla helps set up Stoise and re use SER over and over, and the 2 Colress are just generally good shuffle/draw, especially since Plasma.dec almost always has it's bench full.

I have 1 more free space yet. I was thinking in adding:
3rd Stadium: Pokemon Center or maybe, but unlikely, a Tropical Beach.
Some card that would allowed me to search for Lightning Energy, as to say, Cilan or Energy Search (I run 10 Water and 3 Lightning),
Super Rod
Non-EX counter.

What do you think, Blah?

Energy Search or Pokemon Centre are your best choices.

Probably a 3rd beach if you can get your hands on one. Pokemon Center isn't that great because Darkrai is just going to counter it with Virbank, and Plasma OHKO's everything anyway. Winning the stadium war is a big deal nowadays and you'd rather have beach be that final stadium on the field over Pokemon Center.

The other option is a Black Kyurem regular, but that really depends on how popular Rayeels is in your area.

On another note, I would like to see a 3rd catcher over the Max Potion or Tool Scrapper (or as your final card if you feel you don't need the beach or the BK regular) and Dowsing Machine over Computer Search. Dowsing lets you re-use those crucial resources that this deck often burns though in attempt to hit all of its energy.

One more question, Black Kyurem regular should be used only if Rayeels is popular? Or does it worth the space against other decks? For example, mirror match, which is the best counter to it?

Kecleon works best against mirror, and 400 Damage coming from BKEX is never appreciated. You also out speed, and can OHKO eels with Keldeo.
