Hey there, this is the first time I try to build a deck that doesn't exist, but it just popped in my head and I would like to know what do you think.

My idea here is to use Lugia EX not as a main attacker but as some sort a cleaner, using Bouffalant to not only tank a bit thanks to its passive but also deal a nice (but not huge) bit of damage. He will weaken the enemy to switch into Lugia and let her make use of her ability. Blastoise is in the deck mainly to work as a mechanism to quicker set up Lugia EX (4 energies to attack) and Bouffalant (3 energies to attack).

EDIT: Added Mewtwo EX following MMAmonchan advise, to have a more solid attacker in case both Bouffalant and Lugia EX fail at their roles.

I suggest dropping the wartortle and upping the rare candy count. I also suggest using some mewtwo. Upping the supporter count wouldnt hurt.

Thanks MMAmonchan, do you suggest to up Juniper or Cheren?
And about the heavy ball/ultra ball dilema ? The heavy ball gets me blastoise but not bouffalant or lugia ex.. ultra ball gets me all but costs me 2 cards ...

EDIT: I've decided to go with 2 ultra ball, upping cheren and super rod to make up for the discarding
 
you can use a standard blastoise keldeo deck and have lugia Ex as a tech

you deal 110+ damage and then use switch, the next turn you will use rush in and start again
 
-2 Boufalant. I love the guy, but I think he hurts consistency.
-1 wartortle. I never will understand why this is still in some people's lists, it's useless
-4 cheren. He's ok, but skyla and bianca work much better in decks like this
-1 energy search. Leave one as a skyla option, but it's not that great.
-1 super rod. You really only need one
-1 Squirtle and Blastoise. 4 is overkill

+2 Skyla. Searching for the last piece of your blastiose or a colress machine will be very useful.
+2 Bianca. You can dump cards out of your hand fairly easily. I'm not the biggest bianca fan though, test weather you like it
+1 Lugia EX. If you're gonna base a deck on him, run at least two
+1 Mewtwo EX. For when your opponent's mewtwo kills your other one.
+1 Keldeo EX. It's too good to not use any
+1 Rare candy
+1 Level Ball.
+1 Heavy ball. Skyla options, search out a squirtle or a blastoise if you need them
+1 Computer Search. I'm sure you just forgot

I do agree with TeGeTeGe though, this seems like a weaker version of Blastoise/Keldeo, just without the keldeo. I would considder his idea of just a lugia or two into one of those.
