130 isn't that bad, without Pluspower/Aerodactyl, it can't be OHKO'd by Zekrom, which is still a prominent force in this meta. It's ability is pretty nice, flip a coin if head heals 30 damage, can be helpful in some situations. The coin flip part is terrible. This card apparently makes a good pair with Entei EX. I haven't tested it, but some people like it and some do not. I've also found it to be useful as a kinda Blissey Prime in Gothitelle/Reuniclus decks, which are getting some hype now that the format is slower.
