are there any "established decks" rouge/meta that utilize blissey prime's healing power?
or are there any good combos i can pair it up with?
i just got my hands on two blissey primes and i want to use them in a deck.
i know the meganium prime combo but i really dont like meganium as an attacker.
does shaymin UL work?
how about torterra UL as tank healer?

thanks in advance ^_^

Blissey Prime from HeartGold SoulSilver.

Gyrados is the only good one. Since you have to discard the energy off the pokemon you heal, it makes Blissey not as used in other decks. Gyrados is the best use for it, though, because it doesn't need energy to attack, so you get a free heal.

U can always make your own version of steelix prime with blissey PL and prime

Crobat prime, it only uses 1 energy and is very fast to set up + it has free retreat so u always retreat your crobat when they are close to getting KOed and replace it with another crobat from the bench and when 2 to 4 of your crobats are full of dmg counters just heal them all and keep on doing this loll

I had made a deck with blissey prime a while ago. Its not hgss-on like you said you had but, some trainers need for decks require those trainers from other sets. My list was jumpluff and blissey paired together. Here it is:
Pokemon(25):
4-2-4 Jumpluff HS
2-2 Blissey Prime HS
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Chatot MD
2 Crobat G
1-1 Shaymin Lv. X (land) PL
1-1 Sunflora

T/S/S(27):
2 Energy Restore
3 Super Scoop Ups
2 Pokemon Collector
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Bebe's Search
3 Rare Candy
3 Broken Time Space
2 Expert Belt
3 PokeTurn
1 Luxury Ball
2 Warp Point

Energy(8):
8 Grass

So basically blissey is a healer and nothing else. Its attack requires 3 energy for only 60 if i remember correctly, so it wouldn't be worth it for this deck because of the low energy line. This particular deck would be like any other jumpluff deck but you heal with blissey prime. So basically, get jumpluff out asap attach grass energy and expert belt. Bring out a shaymin x to get a +40 to all grass pokemon besides any shaymin. now you have a 150hp pokemon doing 140 damage per turn after good set up. Then just get out a chansey and evolve to a blissey if jumpluff gets damaged... To be honest, it works in theory but its worth a try if you really want to use those energy.(btw this deck was my idea :) )

hope you find a good way to utilize those jumpluff!

thanks for all the input.
i guess blissey prime works in any deck with low energy requirements
i think ima go with jumpluff blissey combo. it looks nice, but is there something else beside shaymin x i could use? dont really have one at the moment as i started with hgss

I saw a Kingdra Prime deck running Blissey Prime for healing. A pretty good idea IMO, since Kingdra does have decent HP worth healing and only needs 1 energy.

Meganium prime + Blissey prime is an idea.

The deck itself receives no play despite the combo allowing one to constantly healing, but Meganium prime is a pretty sub-par attacker. Just switch around the grass energy via Meganium prime's power and drop down Blissey prime to heal any damaged pokemon without losing energy. The combo also works with Sceptile SF as it has the same power as Meganium prime.
