Another edit: That Uxie has a weird date, but it did pass the hack check.

the celebi is naughty, and the date is may 5, 2007.
The magby is quirky
The spearow is quiet
The snubble is sassy.

I would trade you them all for either raiku and entai (sorry bad spelling) or 1 of the two.

Pre-releases are just ones that are out earlier than the official release date. It's been happening with the Eigaken events since the Eigaken Shaymin (11th movie). People see the movie early and can get the event Pokemon early.
