I disagree with locking this thread. I think it comes down to the definition of bluffing. I know Darkartisan isn't a person of poor character. His definition of bluffing is much different than my own.
In the case of Power Spray, having three SP pokes out and paying extra attention to the game state is a good bluff. Keeping two fingers on one card, or pulling a card out and leading your opponent to think it's a power spray is a dubious game action.
I think the discussion in this thread is just as important as SotG, because what's the Spirit worth if people can't talk about both sides.
Lying about the contents of your hand in general is not something I can penalize you for, but I really would discourage you from doing it. You can just as easily win by not saying anything at all.
