Broken Time space question

1. Can i play broken time space on the first turn or when i just played the pokemon and use a rare candy or pokemon breeder to evlove it in to a stage two pokemon ?

2. Can i use wally's training on the first turn with broken time space out on the field to evolve into a stage one or two or when the pokemon was just played while broken time space is out ?

1. Are the old school bills now treated as a supporter because the new print of it ?
 
Please include scans of the cards in question next time. The answer to the first question is yes, you can play BTS and then Candy/Breeder into a stage two. I do not know the answer to the second question, and the Bills are, in fact, treated as supporter cards now.
 
1) Contrary to captain.mongoos's answer, Broken time space does not let you bypass the text on rare candy that it cannot be used on the turn a pokemon comes into play.

2) Wally's Training does not say that it can't be used on the turn a pokemon comes into play, so you can use this on the first turn if broken time space is in play.

3) Old copies of Bill should now be played as a supporter.
 
My apologies, that's the way our PTO was ruling Rare Candy. The text on Pokemon Breeder states that you could evolve it only when you could have evolved it anyway, so with BTS out, you could Breeder into something turn one.
