A few questions about Bronzong.

1. If my opponent's Bronzong used Pain Amplifier, and knocked out my Ho-Oh, Did I get to use Phoenix Turn Poke-Power?

2. If I have a Darkrai Lv.X in play which leveled up from Darkrai MD (with Poke-Power), do Bronzong's Cursed Alloy effects Darkrai LV.X?

Pheoenix Turn is triggered by a KO during your opponents term by damage from an attack. Bronzong's Pain Amplifer attack places 1 damage counter on each Pokemon that already has damage on it. The meta rule that your question refers to relates to the fact that placing damage counters in not considered damage from an attack but rather and effect of an attack. As such you do not get to use Pheonix turn.

Lv.X's in play are considered to have the Powers and Bodies of the base card they are played on top of. So yes Cursed Alloy effects Darkrai Lv.X.
