Strategy:

Mill with Bunnelby and Handiwork while Ability locking and Energy denying, and possibly bring out Garbodor if damage is needed. This is basically an upgrade from Raticate as the attack option for the deck.

Okay, I made this deck in PTCGO and it's actually pretty good. An aspect I hadn't thought of is Bunnelby can mill Items, which actually won me a few games. I went 2-1 with it yesterday, which is pretty decent. It kills slow decks (multiple energy attachments) because it doesn't let them get a single attack off because of the denial, and then it just mills and mills and mills. My TCGO list is a bit different though, I cut Silent Lab for three Parallel and a Shaymin, because I kept dead drawing.
Also, I cut the Ability lock Garb and one Trubbish for a straight 3-3 Trashalanche line. The empty space went to another N and a fourth Trainer Mail because I couldn't stop bricking for some reason (Don't worry, I fixed with this edit) aaand thats the deck. I would really appreciate some thoughts/comments on it :)

I put this together to give it a try since I've always wanted to try a mill deck but never pulled the trigger on Houndoom EX.

With your modifications, I have gone 5-1 with this deck. The only one I lost to was Greninja BREAK, and that still came down to the end. Once you can mill some key energies or some key evolution lines, this deck is in pretty good shape.

Thanks for the posting, and I wish you best of luck in your matches.

Nice deck.

I offer only 1 suggestion: consider incorporating an Ace Trainer to further disrupt your opponent's hand. In playing against this deck with a variety of different decks (e.g., Turbo Darkrai, Volcanion EX, Zygarde-Carbink, etc.) where I can setup "faster" than you can mill and/or I can recover and replenish energy onto my attackers fast despite your coin-flipping (with 50% chance of success) energy removal, my chances of winning the game are still favorable. IMO, adding opponent's hand disruption further reduces those chances.

I agree with you here, and Skull Grunt has only worked for me once out of the like ten times I've used it, so I think Skull Grunt can go for an Ace Trainer. Here's the list I use in TCGO (Added Ace Trainer):

Pokemon (11):

4x Bunnelby
3x Garbodor Trashalanche
3x Trubbish
1x Shaymin-EX

Trainers (43):

4x Sycamore
4x N
3x Team Rocket's Handiwork
2x Team Flare Grunt
1x Delinquent
1x Ace Trainer
4x VS Seeker
4x Trainer's Mail
3x Ultra Ball
3x Level Ball
4x Crushing Hammer
2x Enhanced Hammer
1x Super Rod
1x Rescue Stretcher
1x Field Blower
2x Float Stone
3x Parallel City

Energy (6):

6x Basic Psychic Energy

Thanks for the comments and help guys! :)

I too have recently tried a trash mill deck. I however only use 2 bunnelby. Toss in 4 durants from breakpoint and 4 rainbow energy to activate it. My nest win came in 8 turns. It was awesome.
