Hey everyone. I've been hearing that Blaziken varients (And techs) and Gengar varients have been doing really well lately. Why not combine them?

Pokemon (21):

4-2-3-1 Gengar X(SF-SF-SF-AR)
2-2 Blaziken FB X (SV-SV)
1-1 Slowking GS (UD-GS)
2 Crobat G
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA

T/S/S (28):

3 Rare Candy
2 BTS
4 Poketurn
2 Looker's
2 Energy Gain
3 Conspiracy
4 Bebe's
3 Collector
3 Communicator
1 Palmer's
1 Premier Ball

Energy (11):

7 Psychic
4 Fire

Strat: Break the format--use Gengar to Poltergeist, one shot Pixies with a Crobat drop, and have a nice last resort while using Blaziken to lure out stuff they need, hit 80 for 1 and an energy Gain, and take advantage of Water types in play while using it to counter most of the decks in the format.

Techs:

Slowking:

To disrupt and get more T/S/S

Tested this before nationals. It wasnt that good when there was Claydol to drag up and Jumpluff to OHKO so I doubt it will still be good.

You're forgetting that Dialga is in the format now :/ plus Blaziken has type advantage over other decks like Steelix Prime and Scizor Prime. None of which were popular before rotation. Also, Vileplume is in the format, which Blaziken one shots easily (Luring Flame Vileplume, Jet Shoot KO, unless they warp Energy out). Also, Blaziken can also OHKO all of Gyarados's techs that are benched. So just because something wasn't good before doesn't mean it will be bad still.

You might need some hand refresh and something that will help vs trainer lock, and looker's would help when doing poltergeist and should be included in every gengar SF build. So how could you forget it!? What do you think, 1 expert belt and 1 pokemon communication for 1 looker's investigation? You wont be needing expert belt (maybe once) so it should go. And having 3 pokemon communication might be too much with all the trainer locks out there.

That's why I cram in Blaziken. Blaziken does well against Vileplume if they don't have a warp energy. Besides, early game I can always Luring flame out the Oddish for some early damage and disruption. Overall I'm not too worried about Vilegar. I agree on the Belt, but in my new build I actually run 1-1 Slowking instead of 2-2 and 4 Bebe's and 4 Communicator for extra search. I'm not even sure if I should run Slowking because it's SP bait, but I'll keep trying. Would the Communicator be the best thing to take out?

I say remove 1 Communication and replace it with one Aarons or Palmer's to make sure it is not lost zoned or discarded early game

But what mills through this deck/disrupts enough that 2-3 Gengars and 1-2 Blaziken can't handle? Sablock's probably only a hard matchup early game, KGL is outspeeded by this deck, this has resistance to Flygon, Absol varients might be a bit of trouble, but other than that I don't think this needs another Palmer's. Besides that leaves me with 4 Bebe's and 2 Communicator.

Yea, it logicly works, but I just would take a Com out for it. Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far!

Anything else? This can't be perfect already!

Well the deck looks good on paper so you'd have to tell us a little on what problems you have while you play the deck. And what match ups you have problems with.

^I'm getting onto that now.

Alright, So far I'm undefeated vs. Vilegar. Vilegar is so much more inconsistent than this deck, especially when I Luring Flame their Vileplume. However, I haven't tested the deck with Seeker, but it has 2 Warp in it.

I'm testing against Luxchomp, I'm 1-1. It's actually a really hard matchup. They had 2 Luxray GL and 2 Garchomp C prized and I was barely able to win. I need to tech against this.

I'm pretty sure this deck has an easy matchup against DialgaChomp and Machamp. I'm weary of Gyarados though.
