BW Black Star Promos Wanted!

Currently looking on Ebay...
Prices vary from £55, which would be about $83. I didn't count on that, but this is why I think they should be reprinted and made available to everyone; it is not my fault that I could not attend Worlds or Battle Road events, as I am in the UK. Why then should my collection of promos suffer for that?
If the Pokemon company want to satisfy everybody, they should come out with a slightly different versions of the 4 cards I am referring to (so as to keep the original versions rare), or come up with other black star promos to fill the gap.
By the way, I only just lost out on the Victory Cup (3rd Place) Lil' Wayne, so I would like to buy that from you in the new year if I may (I can offer $8 for it)
As for the Tropical Beach... it looks like I am going to suffer because of where I live, because at the prices it is selling for, I would never be able to afford it.

I don't like that the Tropical Beaches are so high ether... I couldn't attend wolds.... I traded for 1 on my Tropical beaches and that is how I got it. Also, since you are in UK, could you do $12.00 Shipped for the Victory Cup 3rd Place? (Prolly tracking.)

I would offer $37 for tropical beach. I know that isn't much, but it is the most I will be able to offer right now, as I am on a very low income.
Plus, it doesnt help that I base my offers on what I see being sold on ebay. For example,
Last week I saw tropical beach sell for £150. In the same day, I saw Victory Cup 1st Place go fro £199. So I figured that Victory cup 1st place is worth more, right? Then I see one with a fixed price of £31. So my estimations are pretty much up the creek :/
