BW cards that have potential

1. Gothitelle

I think the new Gothitelle is going to replace Gengar SF next rotation to pair up with Vileplume UD cause of the synergy they both have. I also see myself playing Gothitelle in my Tyranitar deck to get around Pokemon Catcher, sure it has to be Active but it makes for a great counter against Machamp Prime and Machamp SF.

DCE and a {P} doing 30 + 20 + 10 = 60 x weakness doing 120 damage to Machamp Prime alone with Gothitelle, 90 to just Machamp SF (+30 Weakness) unless If Lucario GL is ran for Boundary Aura to make the Weakness x2.

2. Reshiram

Reshiram has potential as a replacement for Charizard AR despite being Take Out bait for Machamp SF. With Typhlosion Prime for Afterburner helping with it's Outrage attack and attaching energies from the Discard Pile it could consistently do 120 damage almost every turn with it's 2nd attack, 140 with Expert Belt attached as well.

Main problems is that it's also bait to Gyarados which can OHKO it with Tail Revenge due to Water Weakness so the Expert Belt attachment won't be such a good idea at least until Gyarados rotates out next season. Also with Revive allowing you to get it back from your Discard Pile I can see Reshiram do amazingly well depending on how the next season goes.

3. Sawk

Sawk is an amazing counter to Umbreon UD cause it can do 80 damage for 2 {F} (100 with Expert Belt), has no Poke-Powers or Bodies meaning it gets around Moonlight Fang easily. I feel as though this card is going to hurt Umbreon UD's playability in the format quite a bit even though Sudowoodo MD already has.

I also think it might have the best potential against LuxChomp, with an Expert Belt attached and 2 {F} that would be 120 damage to Luxray GL Lv. X If Sawk is lucky enough to survive a hit on the bench from
Garchomp C Lv. X's Dragon Rush attack which would at best with Expert Belt only leave it to 10 HP unless they Flash Bite it with Crobat G.

This is accounting either Expert Belt being attached to Garchomp C Lv. X or the use of Poke Turn with Crobat G twice for an efficient Knock Out.

4. Serperior

One reason why this will see play in Grass/Psychic decks is due to it's synergy with Nidoqueen RR's Maternal Comfort. Removing 2 damage counters from each of your Pokemon inbetween turns since their abilities stack with eachother is an amazing combo and this already has potential as a Stage 2 deck as it is despite Trainer Lock in the current format with VileGar which might change next season, who knows.

5. Zekrom

Raichu Prime with this guy is amazing along with Sunyshore City Gym, need I say more? Heck splash in Pachirisu from Call of Legends with Seeker and Interviewer's Questions and really do loads of damage.

I suppose, Mismagius UD just isn't as bulky as Gengar SF is as a Stage 1 to survive. Gothitelle on the other hand has 130 HP for a Stage 2 Psychic Pokemon which is enough for lasting game sweeps.

^but mismagius would be faster. i guess eather way you have to set up a vileplume lol.

Mismagius takes advantage of the trainers that will be clogged in your opponent's hand. With Vileplume on your bench, Gothitelle's advantage of allowing you to use trainers is gone.

Gyarados and Machamp will be rotated out soon most likely, so Reshiram's major problems won't be around for too much longer. Emboar will work well with Reshiram as well.

^i guess, you can also use the other mismagius (UL i think) to move energies and a jirachi drop can get phychics from the discard and then move them to gothlitelle.
