liability weezing + dragonite ex delta SOUNDS cool
but i wonder if it will be succefully released into the meta....
we'll just have to wait andd see, till then Catty ex/Steelix ex/Swampy ex will do!

well, dragability wont be that popular coz it contains ex.

also, OHKO ur opponent is always better than 2HKO .

having ex in ur deck means the cards are more expensive, so lesser ppl will build it!

LBS isn't even the best deck in the format right now. Why do are you guys so happy that it is going to die?

because, it sort of defies the spirit of the game. its like, when its set up, all it is is basically OHKOs, and theres no fun in that. It's a "Mercenary's" deck.

in the CG community, a Mercenary is someone who doesnt give a stuff about the game or its people, and just want the prizes to sell them and earn money. They look for loopholes in the game an exploit them. LBS has become the mercenaries deck because of its OHKO ability...imo its a cheap deck.

yea LBS is really cheap =/
its called LBS AKA Pounds becuz you gotta have POUNDS of cash in ure pockets to make it XD

if its OHKO'ing ure pokemon then play better or make a better deck that can handle LBS

LBS is in no way "cheap." Sure, it OHKO's stuff, but you gotta have your setup in which to do so. LBS is a highly inconsistent deck, so getting such setup is usually very slow, resulting in a balanced deck. Usually, any deck with speed is able to beat an LBS.

But if he got pidgeot in T2 using rere candy, and then search for blasty ex, steelix ex/lugia ex, you're going to suffer. Speed deck? I tried already but it didn't work. T1 he put onix as active, a basic with 80 hp. You'll take lots of time to KO it. And if he got Steelix ex and blastoise ex in bench, you gonna die cause he can attach so many energy in 1 turn. Attach 1 water using rain dance, attach holon magtrode, take back water and attach once again using rain dance. 200 damage means die.

Use T2 Arcanine. The most speedy-powerful deck ever. But no use in mid-game.
No, its not the most speedy deck ever, nor is it the most powerful. In fact, I wouldn't say anything good about it.

I'm definitely not gonna argue the fact that when it gets set up, it is a very powerful deck. However, how often do you actually see an early bird with LBS? Not too often. There are also plenty of ways to beat a set up LBS. Pidgeot d, Cursed Stone/Desert Ruins lock, a strong fire/fighting pokemon, etc.

Look at it this way, LBS didn't win Nationals for a reason.

i like the whole concept and strategy in BSL, but i juz hate it's speed!

the deck is slow, u need 5 turns ( with luck too!) to get ALL set uped.

also if u use BSL against a deck without ex, its BAD! u KO 6 pokemons to win while ur opponent kills only 3 exs

I actually disagree with that. With a solid list, turn 5 is actually pretty slow, by then, if you're opponent got a decent hand, then they are set up as well... probably more so than you are.

BLS, sadly enough, shines against most non-ex decks. Sure, you must KO 6 pokemon, but Steelix will usually OHKO everything in a non-ex deck. If you pick your targets carefully enough, then you should come out on top easier than you would if you were up against 150 HP exs.

LBS will do well even against some ex-based decks!! Some decks, such as Mewtric, MMS, and some others use exs with 100HP or less!! LBS is indeed one of the best decks out there.

^and that's the reason. people had prepared for it, and metagame had shifted.

and fire/fighting doesn't always work, remember about aggro stoise dude. 80 solid that can get powered T1? AWESOME.

Arcanine out.
