So, all of my shiny pokemon are legit, uncloned, and nameable (just tell me what name you want).

Another shiny hunter...

In Eterna City, just next to the PokeMart I believe, is a building with the Name Rater. If you bring him a pokemon that you caught in that game, he can change the OT. If you traded one from say Diamond to Pearl, you just need to trade it back to Diamond to name it. Unfortunately, Pokemon caught in earlier versions or by other trainers cannot have their name changed by the Name Rater. Does that help?

OK, great. Short answer is, "yes", as long as you caught/bred it, you can name it, or change its name with help from the Name Rater.

I have a Shiny Kingdra that I can trade you. How do you know if it's nameable?

Will you trade 2 low-level shinies that you have multiples of for Kingdra? If not, that's fine, I can pick out just one.

Did you catch or breed the Kingdra in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum? If so, you can name it in that same game using the Name Rater. If so, yes, I would like it and will trade you 2 or maybe more shinies if the nature/IV's are good. Even if they stink I'll trade you two shinies for it, depending upon which ones you want.

OK, as long as it's unlconed I'd trade a shiny houndoom for it. I'm in the middle of a chain now so can't trade until that ends (maybe tomorrow...I have 13 shiny swinubs now but I'm going for at least a couple good ones with adamant nature and good attack IVs, so want to get a bunch to increase my odds). Uh, yeah...thanks adlaerxo...nothing like someone just stepping up and kind of calling you a liar...

As my 1st post clearly states, all of my pokemon are poke'radar shinies that I caught by chaining, none are hacked or cloned. The swinub and shellos east are from Platinum, the rest are from Diamond and Pearl. But, by all means, do your calculations and get back to me on what you find...

Just double checking, can your raticate shiny be nicknamed? I have a shiny charmander legit uncloned. Though he has terrible IV's and is not nameable as I traded for him...PLMK!
