Hello, it says you do alot of diffrent art here, however, I was wondering if you could do something like this:
(Without The White Around It Of course)
Saying Cincinati Trolls. Using http://www.smogon.com/forums/customavatars/avatar1779_21.gif as a picture. Make the text be black so you don't have to do anything to hard.

Uh, Roa has an annoucment to make.

k, it's friday teh 13th, but I've been lucky all over hte map today. I'll bet if I went onto SS i'd get a shiny. >.< My first shiny. haha.
