Awwh God lol, I knew there will be confusion with the badge form here is a short explanation btw TheDarkLucario you done it right :
Badge Form: <---- Leave this blank, it is just so I know you want a badge
Pokemon/Item: <----- If you want the badge to look like a certain Pokemon you state the Pokemon here, if you want the badge to like an item so for example a flower, you state that here.
Anything else: <----If you want the sprite to be from a certain Pokemon game e.g I want the Charizard sprite from D/P. if you want the Pokemon sprite to be shiny or if you want the item to have a certain colour for example a basic Pokeball in blue.
This part of the form has no use whatsoever: If you read the rules you know what to put in here ;D
Oh yes here is your sprite Shadow Arceus, sooo sorry I took so long.....
