I was thinking about this just recently. It is a Cacturne PT and Vileplume UD deck. here is the list.

Pokemon:24
3-3 Cacturne PT
2-2-2 Vileplume UD
2-2 Bronzong SF
4 Spiritomb
4 Crobat G

T/S/S:27
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
4 Fisherman
4 Seeker
4 Pokemon Collector
4 TGI Poke Turn
3 SSU
4 Broken Time Space

Energy:9
6 Darkness
3 Grass

STRATEGY! The strategy of this deck is to maintain a paralysis lock by discarding Darkness energies with Poison Experiment(I think thats what the attack is called) and keep your opponent from Switching/Poke Turning/Full healing/ Healer +ing/Super Scooping/ Warp Pointing/ etc. The only thing allowing them to get out of the lock is evolving or using warp energy. Now I know what your thinking, "how are you going to be sure you always have a Darkness energy in your hand?". Well that is what Bronzong SF if for. Cycler allows me to put a card from my hand into my deck, and get 2 basic energy cards! Plus, once I get all the energy out of my deck. I can use Cycler to keep me from decking out! Now I know what else your thinking. "The attack does 20 damage, so once you KO the defending Pokemon, there going to bring up an attacker and OHKO you!". That is what The Crobat G's are for. Use seeker to pick up Vileplume(with BTS in play) so you can play Poke Turn on your turn to use Flash Bite to KO the defending Pokemon once they have 10-20 HP left so they have to bring out a Pokemon out on my turn so I can keep the lock!

So, how is it? I can tech a BFBX for DGX or Steelix if I need to.

Sweet. Seriously, this is a pretty nice deck idea. Might want to run some E-belt to make the attack at least moderately painful.

But if I run e-belt my opponent can end up with 40 hp left, and I don't want to KO it with poison experiment. and it might be hard to do 40 damage with Crobats on 1 turn.

I'm not sure I follow you. Why wouldn't you want to add more damage if you can't one-shot them?

Also, speaking of Steelix, it completely ruins your whole deck idea. If you tech BFBX, Steelix is a good goal to counter.

I dont want to One-shot them. I need to get the KO with Crobat G. If I KO the defending pokemon, then the next pokemon my opponent sends out as their active won't be paralyzed and they can probably one-shot me. So I need to KO them ON MY TURN with Crobat G. So if the defending pokemon has 120 hp. I use the attack 2 times with an E-belt attacked, then it has 40 HP left. I dont want to KO it with Cacturne, so I need to do 40 with Crobats only, and I don't want to have to do that. While if I do 20 each turn, the most HP they can have left that is in range of me being able to KO them with Cacturne is 20. I can do 20 with Crobats easy =P

Maybe you can put some rainbow energy's at your deck to poisen and paralyzed your opponent in the same time.

And:
- 3 SSU.

+ 2 Copycat.
+ 1 Uxie.

Uxie is no good in this deck. It's hard to explain, but I need my bench spaces for Crobats and your hand get pretty full with Cycler. Uxie is just not needed in this deck. I don't like hand refreshers like PONT and Compcat, because plenty of times I need the cards in my hand a lot. Sorry, but I just don't think I need or want them.
