Cacturne/Vileplume

A big problem I see is always having energy in your hand. Try something like Bronzong SF. Another problem is that as soon as you KO the defending Pokemon, they can attack you and most likely KO Cacturne leaving you with no attacker.

^Yeah, while you've been doing 20 damage, your opponent's set up some attackers on the bench and comes roaring back after one KO. They can also use Warp Energy, which lots of people do use.

^yeah, I didn't think about that -__-
sorry guys
Wait, I just though something. @Scizorliscious you said they are going to have an attacker on the bench their setting up to KO your Cacturne, but then you can just send up another one and lock their main attacker.
you can also use rescue energies to revive KO'd Cacturne.

or you can wait til they have 10-20 HP left and Bite them to death...

^Seeker/SSU+BTS works wonders.
@LuxTwo, actually, that's a good idea. If you used Cacturne to get them just in the range of being KO'd and then Flash Bite them to death for them to send up another attacker, you could potentially lock them fairly continuously. Warp Energy wouldn't be a huge problem in lots of matchups, but there's always Empoleon...

There isn't a lot of people playing warp energy in my area. Besides, this is just a league/fun deck

Yeah, this can work as a league deck. I'd imagine you'd need...
3 Crobat G
4-4 Cacturne (4-3? 3-3?)
2-2-2 Vileplume
4 Seeker
4 PokéTurn
4 SSU (for 'Turn and SSU, Seeker the 'Plume, then use them)
4 VS Seeker
Or at least lots of each.

Well, Steelix would sit and laugh, and there's the other Metal type guy that I don't need to mention.

I would suggest starting with Spiritomb, otherwise it's too slow to get out Vileplume, and Bronzong if it's included. Fisherman is also a must, can guarantee a 8 turn lock if you can get the energies.

This deck is an auto loss to DialgaChomp(or any deck with DGX) and Steelix. I was planning to start with Spiritomb and I was going to add in fisherman for energy recovery. Maybe I could try to make it disruptive to avoid getting DGX out, if I was playing against it.

^Tech in BFBX for sure. Works for Steelix AND Dialga... besides, Steelix isn't all that popular anymore. Scizor clearly isn't a problem if you use regular dark energy.
Bronzong SF is probably a good idea. Make sure to include Fisherman, and possibly even some Palmer's.

I completely forgot about Blaziken. I think I'm going to make a deck and test it out on Red Shark(I don't need any CoL cards, right?)

^I should think not. There really wasn't anything new that is useful for this deck at all. You could make a stretch for Research Records, but there are definitely more useful cards in other sets.

I tested it, and even with 4 spiritomb and 4 collector, I hardly draw into them(maybe it's just red shark)
But when I did start with spiritomb, I locked my T-tar deck the whole game!(and you can't deck out because of Cycler)
