The JPN Neo Premium Files are Promo sets that were released in Japan over a decade ago. Each set contains 9 exclusive Promos with several Holofoils throw into the mix. The first Neo Premium File is the most common and it contains the second generation starter Pokémon from the English Neo Genesis expansion. The second Neo Premium File has a mix of Pokémon from Neo Discovery and a Holofoil Charizard exclusive to Japan. The third Neo Premium File is VERY difficult to find and I haven't seen one on eBay in at least a year. It contains cards from Neo Revelation including a Holofoil Celebi. Occasionally, singles from the set pop up on eBay but it's rare to find the full set in the binder. The first two sets I value around $20-25 since those can still be purchased on eBay for around that price. The third set I'm not sure how much to value it since it's so hard to find.
The Winner Series are a set of cards printed by Wizards of the Coast also a decade ago. They are Promos given out for participating (and winning), in Pokémon tournaments if I recall correctly. I have all of the Winner stamped cards except Rocket's Mewtwo. It's a total of 8 cards and I believe I have the non-winner Rocket's Sneasel. I'm looking for around $20-25 on this set of cards since the singles cost around $25 on eBay.
