Help Can you use Acro Bike with only one card in your deck?

I heard someone claim that you can't, which sounds weird because as far as I know, you can use a card as long as it has some effect.

I don't see why you couldn't, you can play a Sycamore if you have less than seven cards in your deck or play a Trainers' mail if you have less than four cards in your deck. Normal rule is "do what you can" when it comes to card effects unless it says to something, like how you have to complete the effects of Super Rod if you have three valid targets.

PTCGO is a terrible source of rulings, in general.

But yes, you can Acro Bike with one card in your deck. The one card you see must go into your hand.
