The reason that it's so broken is because it was made as a jumbo card, thus unplayable.
Holy cow, that is one heck of a good card, first attack is awesome and even the second one isn't soo bad, as long as you have a small bench or like 4 wailord.
It's undoubtedly the best card ever printed. >_<
I don't know, they made a jumbo lugia with like 2000 hp or something. Thats probably better.
Shadow Lugia has 300HP and an attack that does 1000 for 4 [P]... call that broken

they are pikachu epic, which makes them megip(mega-epic). Lol just take a prize? With snow point, it gets 100 hp lol. Run 4 of them and if you survive 2 hits then you win lol...
What do you mean it's second attack sucks???
use Electrivire FB LV X to get one fully charged in one turn?
then kill your opponent's whole bench, for like 3-4 prize cards, and then just pick up the rest of them with treasure hunt.
