The 2nd attack is impossible. The opponent keeps on getting paralyzed, and that means the defending pokemon can never attack, so make it require a coin flip. Switch the attacks, and whala!

Pretty good, but Castform DS's first attack is broken, (meaning too powerful) and Zigzagoon DS 2nd attack is broken. Here's a list for a good attack amount.

1 energy: 10, 20, or 30 damage. (If 30 damage, require a coin flip)
2 energy: 20 or 30 damage.
3 energy: 40, 50, 60, or 70 damage. (If 70, require a coin flip)
4 energy: 70-90 damage. (Require coin flip if 90)
5 energy: 80, 90, or 100 damage.

Here's a good hp example.
basic:40-60
stronger basics:60-80
legendary basics (depending on size):70-120
stage 1 pokemon:70-90
stage 2 pokemon:90-120

When considering a retreat cost, look at the pokemon's wieght. For example, it wouldn't make sense to make a snorlax ex with a retreat cost of 1. It would make more sense if it were 4, or even 5.
