I need to remember I could also just buy individual sleeves from a reseller if I want to collect my favorite sleeve artwork.
Saw them when I placed my order today. Weirdly don’t enjoy them enough to be bothered tbqh
You say "weirdly," but I'm sure it wouldn't seem quite as weird if you took a moment to think about why you'd rather buy something else instead. What did you ultimately place an order for? Maybe that would help everyone understand your tastes.

I personally love the dynamic posing, camera angle and landscapes of these sleeves, as well as the reference to in-game locations. If I was to buy a set of Japanese sleeves, it would probably be a competition between the Hyper Beam sleeves, the Eevee Heroes Gym sleeves, the 25th Anniversary Goods Collection sleeves, and a set of sleeves from this collection, unless I was looking for a set of sleeves to match a particular deck (Like the Lost Design sleeves from a Lost Zone engine deck). Speaking of matching a particular deck, that may be just about the only way I decide between these.

Like a lot of people, I am hoping for SIRs of these exs, but most of these illustrations just don't work for cards. Especially Zacian, whose head is right where all the text is, that would look awful in card form.

Admittedly Dialga and Reshiram here might look alright as SIRs. But I think it's pretty clear that these artworks were always intended to be featured on sleeves, or some other promotional artwork.

I said weirdly because I do like the art when it came out and I still do, but somehow it didn’t attract me enough to get them printed on sleeves I guess. I don’t think they come out as nicely here and I rather have postcards or something else.
