Hmm...to bad. If it's just the non-romo JPN MD version, I'd value it about 1/3 to 1/2 of the ENG and so would trade it for my ENG version if you added these:

SV metagross x2
Pt blaziken x1 or LA Kingdra
DP magnazone x1
