A few weeks ago, one of the greatest WiiWare titles ever released up to that point (and until forever) was released.
If you haven't yet had the pleasure of playing Cave Story (it's a freeware title with an English translation patch as well as ports to both Mac and Linux), then you should almost definitely get the Wii version. In fact, even if you have played the freeware version (such as myself), considering how much the Wii version adds...reworked graphics and music (and the option to play with the original ones), a boss attack mode, a time attack mode, and the option to play as Curly Brace. Curly Brace! Who doesn't want to play as Curly Brace? I sure did.
Now, you may be thinking, "Well Zenith, that's all and good, but what does the game even constitute?"
Here is the official description:
It's a Metroidvania/shooter type of game. With some RPG elements.
Lots of fun all around!
(remember to get the Tow Rope before fighting the Core!)
