It is really 3 'cause Celebi doesn't have the water resistance. Onless it is using eviolite.

Now on topic, I like it with Aggron and with Flygon it does pretty well and of course charisard and scolipede iseas are nice.

He has water resistance.

keldeo/blastoise can use boufallant(ability) to ko it... and i think many will run boufallant in the future due to alot of low hp EXs coming out...
