Well I think it belongs in here. Anyway in this thread discuss cell phone mishaps and funny errors that have happen with your family's phones and cell phones.

For example, my father was fooling around with the voice commands and he said "Call Wolfman". Next thing we know, the phone starts ringing and it calls some random old lady that he didn't even know. So we hung up the phone.

So go on and share your stories.
 
I dialed 8 and some Japanese lady answered speaking Japanese.... I called her a kawaii Onnansto (Can't write it correctly :p, Japanese for woman) and then hung up.

My phone has been washed like 8 times, lol... Still works!
 
Not really errors with the phone, more my sister and I dropping them...My sister has dropped one in the Wis. River and it worked fine. Uh, she dropped her Iphone down the stairs uncased and barely had a scrach=/
I've only dropped my Iphone twice=D lol
 
I used to be stalked by this Geman dude, he thought I was part of a Band called "Tokio-Hotel"
Of course Im not, but I still had to change numbers....
 
Another thing that has happened to me is I usually have my cell phone in my backpack when I go to school for only emergencies. So my cell phone manages to turn itself on from time to time. The one time I actually have an emergency, my cell is dead after being on without charging for a couple days. Aren't I a failure :p

Well i got this random guys #, i txt it saying "hey babe" and he asks me who this is, I saw its his/her ex, and i guess he falls for it. He then sends me a text asking me back and texted him back pronouncing in capital letters

"I AM NOW GAY"

He then sent me a text with just "...", and i havent talked to him since :D
 
Man Where do i start?

1. One Day i was looking for my phone, and i was looking HARD. I started calling it and i could hear it but i couldent located it. BTW it was winter. and umm... i found it... i Dropped it in the fire... lol but! It still worked.. but just dident have a screen XD

2. The Girl was texting me and was telling me that i was was hot ETC. then Later i figure out she was a guy :/

3. i was playing hockey (In a League) and im goaile. And the first period just ended... Then i heard a ringer, it was virbrating in my hockey pants XD

4. Best one EVER. I was on a rollercoaster at West ed (West Edmonton Mall.. Google it) and i was like texting before the ride started... Then all of a sudden the ride starts and freaken starts going up! I threw my phone up in the air and this lady beside me caught it! i was like thanks, and... She looked at me after the ride, cause she still had my phone, i said thanks and she said for me to wait a sec, i was like ok. She was at least 18 and shes put her number in my phone i was like thanks... and she kissed my cheek and left XD

Did not really encounter any errors before but I have been dropping my mobile phone so many times till the screen becomes very loose. >_> Still working though. And using a flip phone btw...
 
So I'm standing at the bus stop, right. Just minding my own business. There's nobody around, so I pull out my iPhone, to send someone a message. And BOOM, out of nowhere, like, five hundred girls came running towards me. And they were like, giving me their numbers and like, telling me that like, "where have you been all our lives" and like, they was calling me "romeo", and like, totally, totally just digging me. And then KANYE WEST CAME ALONG. "I'mma let you finish, I'mma let you finish... BUT BEYONCE HAS THE BEST RINGTONE OF ALL TIME, OF ALL TIME!" and so then like, all the girls like, walked away, and called me like, a loser and stuff... Darn you Kanye...

True story.
 
My friend was being a bad word that I can't say, and so two of my other friends stole her phone out of her handbag at someones party, and cahnged her answer phone message tto random messages insulting all her friends that could ring her up. Even worse, they changed her answerphone number to 999 so when she tried to change it she called the police. She fixed it eventually but it was funny.
 
Well I have an LG shine, it's starting to act up and start to black out, and give me cool techno colors on the screen sometimes. Not really a cell phone story but a camera story. My mother in law accidentally washed my $140 camera, twice.
 
The only thing happen to me is I get text messages with; 'your hot' etc. Sadly I still haven't figured out all the people did/do this to me :/. Anyway I find it funny and just text back: 'yeah I know' or something like that:p

However my phone was dropped once on the beach, now there's sand everywhere and there's dust behind the screen, very annoying.
 
This person used to text me. (She's like in 7th grade..)

"Wut shuld I cosplay as? LOLZ 8D"
"Id b such a gud ichigo huh??!!?!!!?!"

"ur so funy lolz."
 
Once I had lost my cell phone, and I asked my parents to look for it while I was gone. They said that they called it many times, and they never heard it ring. I tried calling it when I got hame, and I heard a high pitched sound. Then I remembered I put my ringtone as firefly. XD.
