It seems like he has a lot of potential. Not for his ability but for his attack ofcourse. his ability is just a nice addition. Set up is just slow. Maybe Leafeon and Shaymen or even MisMagius. What do you guys think?
 
It's decent with Vileplume to cause them further trouble with the statuses but it's still really not all that great. I saw it at first and thought it was really cool, but it's just interesting more than good.
 
I think it will come to replace Kingdra Prime in a lot of decks, but I don't see its attack getting used much until Gardevoir comes stateside.

EDIT: Nvm just realized he has to be your active pokemon to use his ability. Yea I'm sure you might see it in some league/small tournament decks, but until Gardevoir or some other sort of pyschic energy acceleration comes along I don't think it'll get heavy use.
 
It's a bad card. The ability is the better part of the card though. If you want an attack like that, try Lilligant since it's way faster. Idk why you find the attack so much more interesting than the ability.
