Boxes are expensive everywhere in Canada. 
Ebay/Online is your best bet. I'd say you could find it for 100$CDN. That's including shipping.
(If anybody finds it cheaper, with shipping to Canada then please post!...But I've already checked)

I you can't find a good price there you may want to check (I'm just going to list all sites I know sell booster boxes) gatheringground.com, gamingtcgstore.com, and trollandtoad.com. Hopefully you can get the box (And multiple Pichus ;P) reasonable price somewhere. Sadly though, if you can't find any on Ebay it's kind of hard to find a good deal anywhere else.

Unfortunately, like SixNumbers said, they're pretty much expensive everywhere in Canada. The cheapest I've bought one for was $115 (taxes included, but only because my friend and I bought one each and paid with cash), but I've seen them as high as $149 (before taxes).
My friend and I went to buffalo to get the Arceus booster box (for about $93 after taxes and the dollar was almost at par when we went so we definitely saved some money). We're going again this Saturday to get the HGSS booster box. We've decided to never buy booster boxes from Canada ever again lol.
