Cheap yet decent decks?

What we're trying to say is...sabelock is going to possibly be the most popular deck around because it won nationals. They ALWAYS go first if they start with sableye. It's a good possibility they start with crobat/poketurn/special dark so they can ko you. I use call in nearly all of my md-on decks because of the lack of roseanne's.

If they go first, they can't use Trainers/Supporters.

True, but they can impersonate to put your collector on the bottom of the deck, leaving you helpless. Then next turn, they start to ko your pokes. If you have call and collector, that's all the more likely you'll start with 2 of those. Then it's unlikely that sabelock will flip two heads on initiative, so they have to choose, leaving you with an out.

What if I draw a Collector, use Bebe's, Communitcation, or something else? Or, what if I have a Mareep already in play and use Rare Candy and evolve to Ampharos? Spiritomb is a better lock than Sableye, IMO.

I have two Ninetails from HGSS and a holo one from Unleashed. They aren't very hard to get. I don't put Call Energy in my decks. They are pointless. If I want some basic Pokemon I'll use Pokemon Collector.
Who needs call energy when you've got PC hahaha.

You do know the whole point of Call Energy is to get two basic Pokemon? And let's stop spamming. This thread is just getting closer to getting locked.
