I agree with John. Meganium is not a good choice, so rule that out immediately. Typhlosion is perfect for only training it (no other pokemon) and PWNing very quickly, however feraligatr does always stick out to me too! But Typhlosion is so good.

Err I don't think you've ever heard of EV training :/.
Probably because it isn't worth to train it HP-EV, and so most people train it Special Attack and Speed.xxashxx said:He does but his HP is not that great.
