Guiding questions:
1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?
2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
5. How's the artwork?

Posts MUST be several sentences long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted - this forum is to discuss specific cards so other people can learn about their potential in the current metagame.

1. It can stand very well on it's own and it is very highly worth being played.
2. I'm not sure whether or not to count it as a meta-game combo it could be used with Jumpluf HGSS or Zoroark BW.
3. Zoroark, Jumpluff and pretty much anything that abuses the use of DCE.
4. I would give it a 4 out of 5 because if it were not for the low HP and fighting weakness it would get a 5.
5. I love the art it is cute.

It's a good card and has lots of potential in HS-on, although it is too slow in the current metagame.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
It can be a deck on its own and despite that I can't see it in any of current decks.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
There are many combinations possible. Pichu HS as a starter, for sure. Luxray lv. X, to make it snipe a little, just like it was with Jumpluff... Unown Q/Dodrio to make it have no retreat? Zoroark to counter Zekrom/Reshiram? Probably some more to go on.

2/5 in the current format, because it is too slow with so many donking decks around and has too little HP, not mentioning weakness to Donphans. 4/5 in HS-on, since it's super fast there and still can do lots of damage.

5. How's the artwork?
I've seen some better ones, that's for sure. Pokemon seems to be too flat and not cute-looking enough. The ground on the bottom of the background also looks a bit odd... 2.5 out of 5 as far as I'm concerned.

Assuming HGSS-on, this card has a lot of potential. It really doesn't work by itself as an effective Do the Wave depends on a benchful of other Pokemon. Being able to do 100 damage with only a Double Colorless Energy as quickly as turn 2 makes Cinccino one of the fastest attackers in the game. Yet, only having 90 HP is a very large handicap for this card as it can be OHKO'd by a number of other Pokemon namely Zekrom, Reshiram and Donphan. In order for this card to be good, it must be paired with cards that allow for quick recovery or a partner Pokemon that will be able to replace it when the game drags further on.

2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
None at the moment, seeing as the metagame for the next rotation is still in development. It doesn't have any synergy with the decks being talked about today like Reshiboar, Zekrom Donk, Donphan Machamp and other decks and their variants. However, talk of a Cinccino/Jumpluff combo have been on the street though that deck still needs to be fine tuned in order to hold its own against the other, more popular decks.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
The aforementioned Jumpluff allows a replacement for when Cinccino is KO'd. Both utilizes the number of Pokemon in play for power but both Pokemon have a weak 90 HP. Pokemon Catcher could allow Cinccino to be good, as Cinccino would be able to Wave attack its opponent's setup (such as an unevolved Phanpy or Tepig). Playground Pichu also allows you to fill up your bench, maxing Cinccino's attack though that tactic is very risky.

Wish it could be good, as Cinccino is one of my favorite gen 5 Pokemon though, as of right now, the card is having trouble holding its own in the metagame. 2 out of 5 stars.

5. How's the artwork?
Artwork is nice, nicer than most of the other BW cards though most of the BW card artwork is pretty "basic" (for lack of a better term) given that these are the first cards printed for the 5th generation.
