Claydol has a poke-power (cosmic power) that says 'you may choose to 2 cards from your hand and put them on the bottom of your deck in any order.....'. But how about if i only got 1 card left on my hand, can i still put it on the bottom of my deck and draw 6 cards?
Thanks

Yes, you quoted it wrong, it says "up to two." Therefore, one still works. Although I don't believe you can return 0 if you have no cards in your hand.

Becuase it says "Up to 2" it means you can put 1 or 2 cards on the bottom. Not just 2.

EDIT: Ninja'd

Oh i see^^ you mean i can just put 1 card on the bottom of my deck and just draw cards until i have 6 cards in my hand?
So i can't use that poke-power if i don't have any cards right?
if on this turn, i used up all my cards, but on the next turn i drawed back 1 card and i can use the poke-power to draw me back 6 cards right?

You may choose up to 2? What if you dont want to choose any can you still draw until you have 6?
This question is excactly like asking if I have 0 can I just draw 6?

You have to put at LEAST one card under for Cosmic Power to work.

If you have no cards in your hand, you cannot use Cosmic Power. As soon as you get one, though, you can use it.

It's kinda like this:

Looker's Investigation

Q. If player a uses Looker's Investigation and decides that they want to draw the cards, can they choose zero as their up to amount?
A. No, the player must draw at least one card if they are able to. (Feb 19, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

Anytime a card says "up to", you have to take/put at least one card.

also the question is answered on the card its self in its text it says that if you put any cards on the bottom you may draw six.
if you put 0 you didnt put anything so you cant draw.

With one Claydol in play, you can only use one Cosmic Power. With two, a max of two Cosmic Powers per turn. And so on. Since Cosmic Power says once during your turn, you can only use one Cosmic Power unless you have two Claydol's with Cosmic Power in play.

This isn't entirely true. On cards like Roseanne's Research where it says to "Search your deck for up to 2 in any combination of..." you are allowed to get nothing.

The reason behind this is that since the contents of your deck is private knowledge, whether you have a Basic Pokemon/Energy in there is only known to you. If you decide to fail the search then it is perfectly legal to do so. However, when it comes to areas of public knowledge (ie: discard pile and number of cards in your deck) then up to means at least 1 or more.

While that is true^, for Claydol you have to put at least one to use his Power. I think because the question is on Claydol, that's what Amt was referring too lol.

Well because hes saying "anytime a card says..." makes me to believe that hes talking about all cards, which is not true. As I stated, Roseanne's Research doesn't follow this rule.

Just want to point it out so it's not misleading.

Right, but you don't want to confuse the OP either.

And Amt is a she. lololololol

Well i was informed that you could just draw up tu 6 without having to put cards in the bottom of your deck...

A majority of the cards make you put/take at least one, hookedonanime. I know Roseanne's Research doesn't, but I wasn't going to list all the cards that don't. A majority of them do, including Cosmic Power.
