Basically start out with Celebi and attach to Mewtwo (DCE + Grass) and have a sky/switch up and start donking, dealing 60-120 T1 (120 being the most perfect situation.)

You should definitely add Shaymin EX. It's great taking the last prize(s). You shouldn't need 2 Terrakions vs Eelzone/Zektrik if you use them on the right situation. You could also add the normal Shaymin from UL, as it lets you save your DCE's and possbly some other tech Pokémon depending on your metagame. Btw, this deck doesn't need Cleffa imo.

Instead of cleffa, run smeargle. It's a great starter and is also good during the game becasue of skyarrow bridge. i think you also should add Regigigas, since its a beast with eviolite and you are almost guaranteed to take 2-3 prizes with it once it's fully powered up.

I play this deck a lot personally and I find that Cleffa isn't needed at all in this deck. I suggest dropping both Cleffas for draw supporters because you want to be attacking turn one, not wasting an attack to set up.

-2 Cleffa
-1 Terrakion

There's a couple options for stuff to add. I haven't tested with this deck yet but just theorizing I would probably
+1 Shaymin EX
+2 Pokegear 3.0

Thanks for the suggestions! This is what I've changed:

-2 Cleffa
-1 Terrakion
-2 Prism
-1 Switch

+1 Shaymin EX
+2 Grass Energy
+2 Dual Ball
+1 Juniper

I'm still play testing with dual ball, not sure if I like the flips or not.

looks solid i would just switch 2 communications for dual balls because all ur guys r basic and of it fails u can junk arm again

Wow, I can't believe I missed that. You will barely every have pokemon to communicate, so you want to have dual ball. It is a little flippy, but it gets a heads 75% of the time.
