Are entries allowed to be evolutions / prevolutions of existing Pokemon?

As long as it fits in with the contset typing, then it may be an evolution or pre evolution

I will probably do part of the evolution line of an existing Pokemon that hasn't got any evolutions (Unown, Sigilyph etc.) and I will get started now!

I don't even know how a Fire type Unown would look like o_0. Hence, why I reminded him in case he didn't know. It just seemed odd to make those two that he mentioned into Fire-types.
