Ruling Cofagrigus & Mr. Mime

1. If my opponent has a Cofagrigus on the bench & I have Mr. Mime on my bench, he cannot use Cofagrigus ability to damage my benched Pokemon right?

2. If my opponent use Cofagrigus ability, do I take a prize card?

Six Feet Under is not damage, nor is it an attack. Bench Barrier does not block it at all.
