Get a turn 2 gigaton punch with a mesprit loop. Sacrifice if needed tO heal and drag off plumes or regice. Deck fairs decently vs machamp because of rescue uxies and zen blades along with bind. Deck works really nicely.
 
Yes what about it? I was mainly speaking about sf champ and how uxie x repeatedly zen blading through pokemon rescues and premier balls. Belting uxies help a lot tbh. With power lock through the whole game it should be a fine matchup.
 
Because this is more a disruption Gigas, I'd add one more Promo Gigas in place of one of the other ones.
 
Ehh. I'd personally gigaton punch, because I can't giga blaster and I need some form of heavy hitting. I do have 2 drag offs but I prefer one.
 
Since your not playing lucario gl,i dont see how belting your uxie can help against machamp sf...take out next turn gives him two free prizes...added to the ones you already sacrificed....against prime too it discards the rescue with its first attack...so i would say you need to either add in lucario gl(seeing as everything already has x2 weakness when lv'ed up)or need to find a way to oneshot champs...

If you want to use Azelf, drop an SSU or Seeker. I would preferably drop Seeker since SSU is a fine card anyway(and a Trainer). Also, have you considered Ruins of Alph? You don't run Stadiums anyway, and it will help in Lostgar and Vilegar matchups.
