Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
lowest HP on the game.. even fossils have more =/ for the weakness , having a retreat cost of 1 is really bad.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
its attack is amazing on an MD-on format, not a HS-on one.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
being a Vespiquen with memory berry, a damaged vespiquen on the bench, metapod benched, and Landmin X benched. then you have a contender.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
the main 2 (memory berry abd landmin X) are being rotated, so it suffers alot. but if it's benched, vespiquen helps.
5. How's the artwork?
good, 3.4/5.. combees always look so happy.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
in MD-on 3/5. it has alot of "if this, then that" to it but has/had potential.
in HS-on 2/5. will only be used to evolve into a vespiquen.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
The HP is absolutely terrible. As mentioned by carlitosbob, even fossils have more HP than that. What bugs me is that the platinum version has 60 hp. If this pokemon evolved into a killing machine (eg. magikarp into gyarados) then it could be excused, but no. It becomes vesipquen.
A weakness to {R} sucks, but it won't matter cause it will always be KOed when it hits Active.
No resistance kinda sucks, seeing as it flies, but again, it won't matter cause it will still be KOed.
A Retreat of {C} is absolutely terrible for combee. This means you have to use up an unown Q, switch, warp point, warp energy, or simply discard an energy to retreat it. With the format being potentially HS-on, this could pose new threats.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Enraged Assault sound pretty cool, but it requires a lot of set up. You need a Stage 1 on bench with damage (rainbow energy, unown PUT, Typhlosion Prime (just a random one)), and a basic up front with 30 HP, or another stage 1 with a memory berry. With the format turning into HS-on, we are only left with the first alternative, which isn't good. And all this for 80 with poison, which is not that bad, but not amazing.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
You could use it with so many different cards, but the problem is they might all be rotated. You could use Vespiquen SF with a memory berry, to give it extra damge if you're down on prizes, Landmin X, Cherrim SF or AR, and all the other Grass techs.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Vespiquen and a memory berry to give it more durability, and Landmin X. cherrim SF and AR to raise/lower damage output.

5. How's the artwork?
3/5 Combee looks so carefree, and happy, before it VICIOUSLY ASSAULTS YOU FOR TOUCHING ITS QUEEN!!!!!!!

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I would give it 2/5. It could have been a fun deck to play with in an MD-on format, but with loss of Vespiquen SF, Memory Berry and Landmin X, it's just too fragile.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Basic with 30 HP... Lowest HP on tha plyable game... Bad weakness to {R}, and, as said heyboy963, retreat cost is bad.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Very good attack, for one colorless, which can do 80 damage and poison the defending Pokemon, and if you have a Vespiqueen SF with memory berry, Green dignity (Poke-Body) can be really helpfull. But, hard to put in play, as said heyboy963...

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Vespiqueen SF (3), and Vespiqueen UD (1), Landmin lv.X, Unown P, Rainbow Energy, Memory Berry, Metapod HS,...

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
You can use : Landmin lv.X (the HP) , Metapod HS (the Weakness),...

5. How's the artwork?
Combee looks very happy... 3/5

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
in MD-on, I would give 4/5, because combee evolved into Vespiqueen may be powerful.
in HS-on, I would give 1/5, because a 30 HP main Pokemon is completly mad.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
HP: 30 is VERY bad! but memory berry to the rescue.
Weakness resistance: Nothing scary cause of only 30 hp?
Retreat cost: 1 not too bad but certaintly not good!

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Enraged assult: Beast move it is very scary when thought out thouroghly!
Took out my belted tyranitar prime in two turns. (I was not drawing any energies.)

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Memory berry: It will give it 60 more hp to play with and protect the vespiqueen from being sniped by chomp.
Landmin: Gives it 20 more hp which gets you 50 and possibly 110!
Expert belt: 20 more damage foe a total of 110 damage one turn will get you many kills against strong oppenets like Luxray, Garchomp and many others!

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
The same as the last section memory berry and landmin!

5. How's the artwork?
Bad not good artwork! Happy but boring! 1.5/5

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
Good card but has problems! 2/5 but when used correctly gets 4/5!
