Comic con....?

I was in san diego tues-fri. I was downtown, and guess what, I was LOOKING at the convention center where the comic con was, and was going on there right then. I got really depressed, I didn't know of this earlier so I didn't have tickets for the show. :( Pretty sad....

Guess what. Not everyone is half as lucky. You at least saw it (from distance). I myself live too far and only read reports on it =/

(The Dark Knight made me want to read DC Comics again ^^ With Joker particulary. I was fan of Joker before the movie)

Since I live in a tiny village in the Northeastern half of the US, I usually miss all events like this because I can't afford to pay for the massive transportation costs to get to these things.

yea, I didn't know we'd be there at the time, or else I'd have bought a ticket earlier.

I was at Comic-Con myself on Sunday.

Yeah, this year, they made it so you could only order tickets online in advance, unfortunately. =/

Amazing! I was there Sunday with no interesting panels what-so-ever and was never bored once. I spent the majority of my time just wandering the exhibit hall gathering up goodies and hassling the Udon Comics guys for signings of my Universal Fighting System Street Fighter and Darkstalkers cards. I also played some League in PUSA's TCG room for a few hours as well and got a few cool things out of it, they ran out of the new Great Ball and Ultra Ball beach balls quick that was quite disappointing, I was looking forward to possibly getting one of those. ^ ^; But yeah, it's a shame you couldn't be there. Be sure to pre-order tickets next time! (it looks like Comic-Con may be sticking to it's new "no ticket sales at the door policy")
