I have a question about the juniour mods becoming mods.
Will they still moderate their own particular forums, or will they just moderate everywhere now?

The forums they were assigned to were the forums they were most active in or most familiar with, so obviously they'll still mainly focus on those. But they can moderate all forums now.

Question: How do you "qualify" for being a Junior mod, without actually asking? I know its bad to ask, and things like this must be earned, and im ok with that. But there are so many member on this site, someone like me could easily get "overlooked" ya know?

Humor me, what kind of things would help my chances?
Are the "requirments" the same for other possitions like Trade Counsil?

This is just a guess, but it might be right. ;D I would guess that you would qualify to be a Jr. Mod if you are active and you are knowledgable in a certian forum that a Jr. Mod would moderate. If the mods wanted to pick more Jr. Mods, you might be one of the candidates then. =] I said mod in one way, shape, or form six times in this post. =P

Wow, I haven't been on for five days, and all the J-mods, Esperante, and D master become mods? Not to mention that Bacon got demoted?

What does this have to do with moderators? Under staff get replaced frequently and don't need to be highlighted.

I actually asked for it, I rarely need to use any of the privileges the SMod position brings so it felt rather pointless to me. It also gives the staff structure more of a pyramid shape.
