3 Ultra Ball
1 Startling Megaphone

3 Fairy Garden
Energy:
4 Double Colorless Energy
4 Fairy Energy
4 Wonder Energy
Strategy:
Made this deck with all the remaining cards I got with the Pokemon XY booster packs lol. Anyway the concept is really simple, Wigglytuff is the main attacker (the best way is to get Jigglypuff turn 1 then evolve it as quickly as possible), hit continuously the defending pokemon with the Hocus Pinkus (60 + 30 with Silver Bangle if facing an -EX), Xerneas (XY - Promo) could be a second finisher, especially against a Yveltax-EX deck.
Now for the Bench, why Jynx? Cuz I have 4 copies of it so I decided to play them...well their job is to keep Wigglytuff alive as long as possible, each Jynx heals it 10+HP each turn, imagine with 3 or 4...also Hard Charm is here to protect Wigglytuff as well, giving her 120HP, it won't save her from attack like Yveltal-EX's Evil Ball but at least Raichu/Pyroar/etc could pass...
Last thing, the other strategy is to discard the opponent pokemon's energy by using Team Flare Grunt/Hammers, the VS Seeker can be used to reactivate Team Flare Grunt if played last turn, this will buy you time and slow-down your opponent.
