The goal of the deck is to set up a Politoed and use it's Roll Call attack to put a Poliwhirl and Poliwrath on your bench, so you can easily set up Poliwraths'. Use Manaphy EX the next turn to free retreat Politoed into a potiential Poliwrath.

Quad sylveon is budget friendly and been doing well for me.
Can you provide your standard list? All the ones i've found have been pre rotation, don't feel like converting lol.
