    Strategy
    So, first off this is a rough list, i made it in like 5mins. The strategy is to set up a charizard ASAP and then start hitting for 150 (if your opponent is running lots of EX's, you split bomb and get them week so you can OHKO them), Celebi is so you can use charmanders attack to help set up, and for charmeleons outrage like attack. Victini EX is for hopfully a donk, and it can also help set up. -- I probably need some super rod, and maybe i should lower the charizard line to like 4-3-4 with maybe two rare candy's, but i don't know.... What do you think!!!! Let me know what you think!

+3 Tepig
+3 Emboar (ability)

Celebi ex is nice, but only with some specific deck, like Venusaur and Roserade. It doesn't fit into this deck, however. Sconce you're going to be discarding energy, you might as well have an energy engine in your deck other than just Victini. Rare candy needs no explanation, and with an energy engine like Emboar you don't need the exp shares.

Thanks for the idea! I was thinking about the ability emboar but The things i didnt like is that its another stage 2. And i think if i do 4-0-4 , and 3-0-3with the charizard and emboar lines like you said, then i would only be able to set up 4 times, and that's assuming all of the lines and candy's are not prized . - The charizard line i think its realy good because with the celebi EX in play, i can use charmanders attack to get energy out the discard, if i only have a DCE, and 1 fire, i can use charmeleons raging claws for an outrage type attack, or i can just split bomb. Also Its only discarding 1 fire. So thank you for the idea, but i think i will stick with the celebi EX.
