Thanks! I had just been screwing around with the supernova effect, and I thought that the yellowish-color made it look like a Hyper Beam being charged.

I had also messed around with the overlay effect. It makes it look like the Hyper Beam's energy going through Dialga's body.

what program do you use?

GIMP.

I used to have a program on my old laptop that could, it was free but I don't know what it was called. I think you can do it in photoshop but its different. I'll find out how and show you when I have time to learn.

It should have came with your photoshop when you installed it. ._.

If you do have it I'll show you the tutorial for the older versions of photoshop it is easier then the newer ones.

I can also do pokemons with wings evil or good and I can do them neon or normal. Animations from good to bad also I guess.
