I've been playing a Regidrago VSTAR since this set, which includes Noivern ex's Covert Flight attack that completely walls most OgerBolt decks. I find it interesting that you purposely exclude Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon, because that's a bit of a pain-point for this deck, both with the Ability and its shredding attack.

Noivern doesn’t completely wall raging bulk. Watch out for 2 in any combination of boss, Pokemon catcher, and prime catcher to reset drago and bring it back. As for the ogerpon, I’ve played against it while using a deck that had no answer, and they have to spend 3 turns manually attaching, and it once it’s powered up, it does so little damage. Sandy shocks is far superior in my opinion.

This is an absolute unit and is quite annoying for other decks to deal with.

I run Teal-Bolt and I love it. It reminds me of Roaring Moon , big mon, hits hard, annoying to kill. However this does that and feels slightly slower since it doesn't have dark patch to pull extra energy, plus the different types of energy
