Strategy
Just a Cradily idea Floating around that i put little time into.
there are only 3 basic for a reason:so i can mullagain. the idea is to use mullagain in conjunction with Ghetsis to give me an "Edge". i know it's risky but a fun idea I wanted to try. Then the idea is to get out Cradily quickly to use its cool attack Lifesplosion to get out Crobats and Stataptors (maybe).Win-con is Crobat w/ virbank gym and a little help from Deoxys EX. I know Staraptor most likely won't work but i wanted to give him a chance who knows, maybe he will help once.

note: I haven't made/tested this deck or have all the cards to. like i stated earlier this is just a few ideas i had floating around that i had to try

Is there a specific reason you're running Staraptor? You know, to counter a specific deck? Naturally, if he doesn't serve a purpose in this deck, then definitely take him out. You are running only two DCEs, after all. Also, in their place, I might go for -- and this may seem odd -- but Serperior. IIRC, he was reprinted as a shiny, and thus in NXD-on, you could play him. What Serperior does is in between turns you heal ten damage from each of your Pokemon, much like a reverse-poison for each of your Pokemon. Just an idea I had that might add to Crobat's survivability.

Before any changes should be made, I might try playtesting it first. Just print out a few ergo proxies and go for it!

... Did you see what I did there? :p

Just my opinion, but deoxys are a bad starter, you'd be better off with victini ex or virizion ex just for the 2 energy acceleration. Virizion is a little harder to start with as you need 2 energy to attack but it is good against blastoise and protects you from opponents lasers. Victini ex is good cause you can get 2 of any color energy for a single fire. So here are my suggestions in list form.

-3 Deoxys EX -plasma (PLF)
-1 Colress machine
-2 Ghetsis -plasma(PLF)
-8 psychic

+2 Caitlin
+2 Virbank City Gym
+4 blend GFPD
+2 DCE
+1 Root Fossil Lileep (best chance of getting it.)
+1 Lileep (PLB
+3 victini ex

As I said above victini EX helps with energy accel, blend energy help with victini EX lileep and fossil are for consistency T2 cradily, Virbank cause its your win condition.

thanks for the thoughts. today is league so i'll find someone there to be able to test this on.
i didn't like the thought of deoxys as start either but thought eh, just a test and i'm sort of surprised you didn't comment on staraptor cortel. thought that would be one thing everyone would say meh about.

well you know it can be a great bench threat, if you only need 2 DCE, that constant threat of sending any of the opponents pokemon and energy, tools ect back to the deck. it has a good psychological aspect about it. especially since you don't need the time to set up a full Stage 2.

some things i lookin' at/thinking abouts trying to see how they work. the issue is the speed. its taking a while to get what i need so, just looking through the sets quick like some things i saw.

feebas-milotic (dragons exalted)
pachirisu (PLF)
ultra ball
reversal trigger

some quick changes which should help a bit
-3 Deoxys EX -plasma (PLF)
-5 psychic energy
-1 colress machine
-1 Energy Retrieval

+4 blend GFPD
+4 Virizion (double draw)
+2 sklya

If you're going to go mulligan-Ghetsis, you should go all or none. If you go for it, then play 1 Virizion and 4 Ghetsis, which gives you okay odds of reaching it T1. Otherwise, I would scrap the idea entirely - it's too gimmicky to reach it with only 2 in the deck (it's still gimmicky with 4, but could be really good if you get it off right).

I actually didn't think of that XD. Here is a thought; I'm going to play around with First Ticket, see if that can help keep the combo working the way I want.

[private]Edited because was bad s/g.~KA[/private]

First Ticket isn't worth it. The odds of getting First Ticket and Ghetsis in your opening hand are very, very low.
