I think it would be awesome if they made a dodrio, Rampardos and beedrill Lv X.

I think what I would like to see is a master pack, or something. The entire set could be tournament-worthy cards, but you only get 3 cards as a result. It could include Claydol, staple Trainers, SPs, and maybe even a few Lv.Xs.
I would like to have custom packs, so like you can go online to the pokemon website, and select your pack. You get 5 commons, 3 uncommons, 1 reverse, 1 rare. You can choose anything you want, but there are limitations:
You cannot choose an X for one of your cards
You cannot have more than one copy of a card, unless one is reverse holo
You cannot have the rare and reverse holo be the same card.
And it would cost about 6-7 dollars.

Yeah, I thought about that too. It would be pretty cool. Now, the part that interests me is what yours would be like compaired to what I have in mind. Hmmm...

That's a good one. Too bad they don't make Lv.X's anymore. I hope for you that there is gonna be a Gyarados Prime!
Gyarados Prime would never be the same, because my idea of Gyarados Lv.X has to level up from Gyarados to work.

That would max (without damage additions) 150 and only rise with other things added. XD

Holy crap...you could drop most of those damage adders besides Expert belt, one shotting everything, (except sally X w/ e-belt, rhyperior X w/ e-belt, torterra x w/ all the additions, and wailord.) So...HOLY...CRAP...
Yeah, but you would need EVERY single Gyarados part in the Discard. That takes longer than just three Magikarp, and a LOT of recovery would have to be used once it gets taken down, which it could eventually. I don't think it's overly broken. Of course if it had any other attacks, they would be crap. And the retreat cost would be massive, x2 Weakness, etc. IT COULD HAPPEN lol.
