Me and a group of friends have all four world champion decks from last year. I was just wondering how the heck crowned tiger beats stallgon.
Playing any stadiums so that Skuntank G can poison the opponent lets Flygon use sandwall and be immune to damage.
Flygon resists electric and OHKO's Luxray with Extremeattack
Mewtwo Lv. X cant be hurt by any pokemon in the deck with the exclusion of Skuntank G (Except playing stadiums allows Flygon to use Sand wall. Also, Skuntank is OHKO'd by Mewtwo) and Dialga G Lv. X (who has a psychic resistance - however, is still one shotted by Extreme Attack from flygon)
One strategy to beat Flygon is to use Ditto. Ditto can abuse Extreme Attack and OHKO Flygon, however Ditto cannot attack Mewtwo Lv. X as it is not an evolved pokemon; and if Dialga G Lv. X is out to cancel Mewtwo's body, it also cancels Ditto.
When Dialga G Lv. X is out, there is no way to get him onto the bench with the exclusion of retreating for 2 energy.
The only chance I have is to set up fast - but I cannot really use any stadiums because Flygon would abuse them. No matter how fast I set up, it is easy for them to Trapinch Rare Candy Flygon.
Even if I manage to get a good lead by abusing Luxray X to kill trapinch and claydols, however if they have Mewtwo, my only chance is to really kill it with 3 crobat drops.
Anyone have any ideas?
