  • 4 Deoxys EX
  • 2 Skrelp FLF
  • 2 Dragalge FLF

  • 2 Lysandre
  • 2 Shadow Triad
  • 1 Colress
  • 4 Hypnotoxic Laser
  • 3 Virbank City Gym
  • 3 VS Seeker
  • 3 Team Plasma Ball
  • 3 Muscle Band
  • 3 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Switch
  • 1 Energy Retrieval
  • 1 Superior Energy Retrieval
  • 1 Escape Rope
  • 1 Startling Megaphone
  • 1 Dowsing Machine
Energy: 11

  • 11 Water Energy
Strategy:

Use Cryogonal's attack so that the Defending Pokémon can't attack. It's attack does only 10 damage but is boosted by Deoxys and muscle band, and can possibly do up to 70 damage this way.
We also use Hypnotoxic Laser to add 30 damage with Virbank City and together with Dragalge we can stop the enemy from retreating, being unable to attack with a Pokémon from it's bench.
The downside is that we have to discard energy every turn by using Cryogonal's attack, that's why we play 11 energy + 2 energy retrieval and hope the match is finished before our energy is depleted.

Since you need to attack so much, how about Superior Energy Retrieval instead of Energy Retrieval? I honestly don't think that you need Dive Ball since you can only get Cryogonal off of it. Just take out the Dive Balls and put in an Ultra Ball and a VS Seeker. Hope this helps! :)

You're right about the Dive ball, this coms from the original list playing Jellicent (to increase retreat cost) but Dragalge is better.
I'll replace the Dive balls. Thanks :)
